You can start to feel better and get your life back on track. What do you want your life to look like in a year? Really think abut that - what would be different? What would your day look like from start to finish?
Who would be in your life?
What would you look forward to?
What would you do with more energy?
With a positive outlook, what could you accomplish? What could you NOT accomplish???
Well, some talk is necessary and helpful when it comes to therapy. One thing that is great about a treatment I am trained in is that you don't have to talk everything through.
EMDR therapy can help you process upsetting or traumatic memories that continue to bother you. Often times, memories we have continue to impact us, and we don't even know it. EMDR therapy has been around 25 years and has been shown to help people with depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), addictions, and more.
Your Greatest Self.
You have great potential, and why not work to let your potential come through? Underneath the anxiety, worry, depression, self doubt is a greater, better you.
I can help you become more aware of this greater, better you. Mindfulness of your inner thoughts and feelings can help you feel at ease and confident.
Stop letting others control your life and lead the life you want. Let go of unhealthy patterns of feeling, thinking, and behaving. Together we can help you regain control of your life - your thoughts, feelings, and actions.

Some of the things clients have told me over the years:
You're a really good listener.
I feel a lot better being able to talk about the things that bother me.
This is the most comfortable I have felt with a counselor.
Thank you for listening to me and not judging me and helping me feel better.
